SeeYouDoc Joins Tech Startups and Giants in WOCEE 2019

SeeYouDoc took part for the first time as an exhibitor in the World of Consumer Electronics (WOCEE) and the World of Safety and Security (WOSAS) Expo at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

The Worldbex Services International, the country’s leading events and expositions organizer opened doors for local and other Southeast Asian tech and security industries to showcase dynamic products in the four-day event which they organized last September 26 to 29, 2019.

WOCEE and WOSAS events are being held annually with an aim to become a sustainable launch pad for the latest technologies from local innovators.

In its third year, the theme is to “Experience the Future of Tech and Security.” Attended by over 16,000 people from tech, retail and e-commerce industries, students, professors, and national government.

Aside from a massive display of tech innovations, the event is also packed with activities that include product demonstrations, tech talks from leaders in the consumer tech, cybersecurity, and electronics industries. There were also training, robotics competitions, and raffle promos held during the event.

Among the 250 exhibitors that occupied the 15,000 square meter function hall was SeeYouDoc.

SeeYouDoc was the only company that exhibited an online medical appointment system for patients and schedule management for doctors, hospitals and medical organizations alike.

SeeYouDoc is a web and mobile platform essentially built to provide a holistic experience between patients, doctors, medical facilities and medical societies.

It is incubated under Practechnologies Corp., a Philippine tech startup based in Marikina City and owned by the young CEO, Noel del Castillo.

With over 200 people who dropped by our booth and showed interest in what SeeYouDoc offers, 180 of them have successfully signed up through our web application.

Aside from the search and select a doctor and booking medical appointment features of SeeYouDoc which addresses the current needs of patients, it also boasts its newest offer — the Online Pre-consultation Advice (PCA) where patients can easily connect with their chosen doctor for initial medical diagnosis via video call.

Operationally, SeeYouDoc runs with a Freemium subscription service for its basic features and for a premium amount for the advance ones. Through a minimal amount of P100 loaded as credits, patients can conveniently contact their doctor using their mobile phone or tablet for pre-consultation advice.

SeeYouDoc intends to revolutionize the healthcare industry in the country and to contribute to the ever-changing world of innovation and technology.

Being one of the startups in WOCEE that was able to gather more interest from people day after day, only shows the potential of SeeYouDoc. There is still more in store for SeeYouDoc and without a doubt, head on its game to keep up with the fast-paced industry.

It was quite an experience for SeeYouDoc to be considered and given the opportunity to be an exhibitor in such event.

WOCEE has successfully brought together leaders, organizations and major brands in the consumer electronics industry in its expo. And to be part of the line up was indeed a milestone for SeeYouDoc.
